Q: Where to buy Audi RS4 mirrors?
I have a 2008 b7 audi a4. I have searched all over the internet for matted chrome side view mirror housings that fit my car. I have seen chrome ones, covers, and the occasional oem mirrors ( they cost too much! 750).
Anyone know where to get audi B7 side view mirror housings or have any ideas as to what I should do.
Your help is greatly appreciated as I look for affordable mirror housings!
Thank YOU!
A: If you want the real deal it’s not going to be cheap.
If http://oempl.us/ doesn’t have them I don’t know who would.
Please see the link listed in my sources as there are a lot of knowledgeable Audi people there. Sign up and ask your question, I’m more then positive you will get the answer you are looking for.
Q: What would you do? Drop an r32 engine into a mk4 Jetta or buy an Audi RS4?
A: It depends what you are looking for in the performance of your car, the R32 engine is one of the benchmarks of the VW/Audi group and has had many successes in the very recent past. In actual fact you get a Jetta MK4 ready fitted with an R32 motor from VW, if memory serves me well I think they dubbed it something like the Wolfsburg edition or something but they are very rare. Now when you start talking mass to weight ratio depending on the car and make you have to start making choices.
It is easy for everyone to automatically choose the RS4 because it has a V8 4.2 turbo with all wheel drive while the Jetta R32 is a 3.2 V6 with 2 stage bi-turbo. If it were me, I would not even convert the Jetta to an all wheel drive but install the R32 and tweak it to total power output of 225kw in a front wheel setting. With this setting you have better takeoff, better cornering and few people will follow your Jetta up a hill.
Remember though that the RS4 comes in a complete package so you won’t have many conversions to do and so on, so the choice is yours.
Q: Can anyone buy me an Audi RS4 or an Audi S5?
Please..
A: in your dreams…
Q: Buying Audi RS4?
hello,
I really want to buy this car. I have found a dealer here that has it and he’s selling it for 67.000. There is only one problem, I don’t have the money to buy one, but I really want it !!
So what do I do ???
A: Simple, if you dont have the money, you cant afford one. There are allot of thing in life you might want, so save your money and down the road grab a used one..
$67,000.00 is quite a discount, must be a demo or used model…
Q: Importing Audi RS4 from Europe to United States Florida for a personall use?
I want to bring my car to school in Florida for up to one year after I will buy one in Florida. I just want to know how much do I need to modify my car and what needs to be done so I can do this. If anyone has any advice I would appriciate it alot. It is an Audi 2007 RS4 bought in Germany. Now I dont know what are the veichle regulations in florida and how much of a difference there is between american RS4 and European RS4.
Tnx
A: If you keep it registered in Germany its no problem. If you want to title and register it here it might be a problem, then again the Florida DMV is VERY lax with things like this. We don’t even have annual inpection here.
I’ve heard that fuel type can be reprogrammed on some VWs right from the dash.
Q: Is there anyway I can stop the speed at 65 MPH on an Audi sr4 or rs4 (Im not sure what its called)?
My son just got his license and bought an audi sr4, rs4, (what ever its called) and I’ve caught him going like 100 mph on our street because its not busy, long and straight. He paid for the car and I tried everything, but I’m worried about him going that fast. Is there anyway I can stop the top speed at 65?
A: The device you’re talking about is a governor, it might be possible to pay some speed shop to reprogram the computer to limit the top speed, but it would cost you a bunch.
What were you thinking letting a teen buy a fast car??? Just because he paid for it doesn’t mean you’re not the boss – it’s in your name right? Your insurance? Then you make the rules, tell him you catch him again you’ll take the car away for a week – then do it. second offense, longer. If he gets tickets or in accidents your insurance will skyrocket if they haven’t already. If he keeps it up sell the car and buy him something slow and boring.
Do NOT back down to your kid – it’s for his own good.
Q: If your a car person. Would you recommend buying a Audi RS4?
420 hp. 317 lb. ft. of torque. 0-60 in 4.6 seconds
A: I would take it. Oh and if you take a viper feel free to be disappointed. Audi RS4 is still luxury, where as the viper is a track car and dodge even says this. Plus Audi has awd the viper has rwd, and if it snows hmm which car would you rather be in the one that can move or the one that just makes alot of noise and really doesnt do anything. Plus the RS4 is a great daily driver.
Q: Does anyone know if a audi rs4 engine can be swapped into an a4?
I’m looking to find out if the rs4 engine fits in the a4 before i buy the a4 and everything but I cant seem to find out whether it fits or not so any answers will be helpful.
A: why would you want to put an RS4 engine into an A4. you can.but the modifications you would need to make would not be worth your while. the RS4 was built to take the extra horse power. the Power come’s from a modified version of the B5 S4’s 2.7 L, twin-turbocharged V6 engine tuned by Cosworth Technology, featuring enlarged intake/exhaust ports on the cylinder heads, turbochargers and intercoolers, and a six-speed manual transmission .
Even with a curb weight of 1620 kg (3568 lb), the RS4’s powerful engine seconds and the 160 km/h can be achieved in just 11.6. Brakes are also developed in house by Audi/Cosworth Technologies .the A4 which i love is a great car but the chassis just would not be able to take the 375 bhp. or the braking that it would be required to do. if you really wanted something a bit more special than the standard 2.0 A4, why not try the S4, while not as fast as the RS4, it still is fairly special. hope that helps
Q: can anybody tell me where i can buy a diecast model of an audi a4 or rs4?
A: You can buy them from the mfg or off eBay

Q: Which is better for someone who lives in the northeast. The Audi RS4, Mercedes C63 AMG, or the BMW M3?
I know the audi has awd, so its better in the snow what it does in the northeast. But it has too much of a rough ride and is way overpriced. So perfromance wise witch one would you buy.(Only answer this if your a car person)
A: I too live in the northeast and, while the Audi would be the most efficient, I have an affinity for BMW. I love the M3 and everything about it. I’ve never really been into Mercedes as a sports car, but for luxury, they know what they’re doing. If you want pure sport and performance, definitely go with the M3. It’s by far the most fun and it has out performed the C63 in a number of challenges. If you want performance all year, you could opt for the S4, instead of the RS4. You’re looking at 3 great cars, but if I were doing it, there’s no question, I would only go to the BMW dealer. To make up for our harsh winters, maybe settle on some nice luxury sedan or even forget those three models and go with something like a 335Xi with sport options. You’re sacrificing some performance and sport styling, but you can drive it all year and you’re going to save a little money as well.
Q: Is there gonna be a scale model of the Audi RS4?
Hi there guys. My Brother-in-law and my sister have bought themselves a dashing new Audi A4. They both love it, and so do I. Only problem is, my borhter-in-law loves the RS4 version, and seeing as it starts at 50K odd, it’s a wee bit out of their price range. Does anybody know if anybody (minichamps, AutoArt, Ixo) is gonna be doing a scale model replica of the RS4? I’d really love to get him one as a gift. “I’d even settle for the 38K S4″ as he said. So is there gonna be one of those either???
Any info would be much appreciated.
Many thanks
Darren
A: Try Model Zone, if they do not have one I think they may be able to order one for you.
Q: 2005 Maserati Quattroporte vs 2006 BMW M5 vs 2007 Audi RS4?
In the market to buy a used 2005 Maserati Quattroporte or 2006 BMW M5. I can’t decide between the two. Both have relatively the same miles and I’m also looking for a good resale value Or should I go with an 2007 Audi RS4
A: You should also consider that such a car may be expensive to insure. Check your insurance rates before buying one, for example here – carinsurance.deep-ice.com
Q: Audi RS4 iPod interface?
We just bought a 2008 RS4 and we love it. The only thing is when we plug an iPod in, it just displays a list of tracks, no playlists, artists, song names etc. What gives?
A: I think all cars with ipod connection are like that.
At least the ones I have been in.
Even my car has an ipod connection and it only shows tracks and I have a Mazda.
Q: What car to choose Audi, Mercedes, or BMW?
Looking for a fun used car to buy. Trying to decide between an 2007 Audi RS4, a 2006 mercedes CLS 55 AMG, or a 2006 BMW m5. Also looking for a car with a good resale value. Can’t decide. Any other suggestions are welcome
A: You also should compare car insurance quotes for cars before buying one, for example here – carquotes.sinfree.net
